Canada Food Guide Trying Again

How ineffective the guide is because of the bizarre serving sized variations.


This past week, the Canadian media (newspapers and TV) have devoted several items designed to allegedly test the consumer understanding of serving sizes and the ease of following the Canada Food Guide. The Food Guide is celebrating (that is if food guides can celebrate) its 70th Anniversary. Apparently, according to a new study from the University of Toronto shows that we still are not clear on how much to eat.
