Build more lean muscle and recover faster with Physique.

- Includes the full spectrum of essential amino acids: the building blocks of protein
- Clinically proven to provide the nutrients needed to build and repair body tissues, such as muscle
- Also contains simple and complex carbohydrates to help give your body the energy that’s depleted during workouts
- The perfect after-workout drink mix for body builders, weight lifters, and other strength and endurance athletes
- Delicious creamy natural banana flavour
Directions
In a Shaklee Blender Bottle® or blender, mix 60 g (1/2 cup) with 250 mL (1 cup) of skim, low-fat (1% or 2%), or whole milk.
For a 99% lactose-free beverage, mix 85 g (3/4 cup) with 250 mL (1 cup) of cold water or juice.
For variety, blend with fresh or frozen fruit. Drink Physique immediately after every workout and then again 2 hours later, if desired.
Those in heavy training can have another serving before bedtime. Each container yields 15 servings.
